I had done semen analysis and I am attaching my report for reference. Can someone suggest how to improve it.

Question

I am a 32 year old male. My semen analysis showed high viscosity and a delayed liquefaction time of more than 2 hours, although all other parameters were reported as normal. A colour Doppler scan of my scrotum revealed a small epididymal cyst in the left testicle (measuring 0.46 x 0.29 cm) along with mild bilateral hydrocele. Additionally, blood tests for sexually transmitted diseases came back negative, and my thyroid function (T3, T4, and TSH) is within normal range. Based on these findings, I would like to know whether I am fertile and if my reproductive organs are healthy.
