If HBA1C is 6.8% then it is considered to be Diabetes and you need to consult a Physician
The blood sugar levels are slightly elevated if it crossed 140mg/dl that means that your are falling under the category diabetes.
Insulin produced in pancreas control the storage of glucose in the body to be later used in the form of energy.
This means that your insulin secretion is less please report if it crosses 160mg/dl
The readings should be ideally below 140mg/dl. Additionally, the doctor will assess your results depending upon your age.
