Question

I am diabetic with HBAIC 7.6 H. SGPT 60.5 H, ALP 50.2L and SGOT 49.7H. HB surface antigen is reactive. USG indicates liver normal in size and shape and shows grade I fatty changes. HBV DNA quantitative(real time pcr Taqman technology) 116801 HBeAg (CMIA) 0.25 As doctor diagnosed me of Hepatitis B reactive, but did not prescribe any medicine. I am little bit confused about my position. Kindly explain and clear my confusion (I have mentioned above the results of the reports).
