My 4 year old daughter X ray report shows prominent pulmonary bronchovascular markings. Her abdominal scan shows enteritis, cystitis, and subcentimetric lymph nodes in the mesentery. She has been experiencing frequent episodes of fever, cold, cough, and abdominal pain over the past two months. Currently, her breathing is very noisy. I would like to understand what all this inflammation means and whether it indicates a serious condition.

I am suffering from stomach ache since 29 May morning and I got mild fever on 29 May evening. Both my fever and stomach ache come and go. The maximum fever recorded till now is 99.6 F.
