My fasting sugar is 135 and Postprandial is 112, am I diabetic?

In general fasting sugar less than 103 is normal and post prandial 125 is also normal.
The blood sugar levels are slightly elevated if it crossed 140mg/dl that means that your are falling under the category diabetes.
