My fasting sugar is 98 but my PP sugar is 183. Is it normal?

One cannot take refined sugar however, one must eat adequate proteins to derive energy
Most of the time, the blood glucose level will be 125 mg/dL (6.9 mmol/L) or lower.Random glucose test is done post eating a meal and if the levels are not within range then medications are given to control blood glucose levels.
This is boderline case or prediabetes stage. Take measures to reverse this condition.
