Sir a 47 year old woman has been suffering from acute attacks of vertigo with general weakness for the past one year. Her blood report is attached. Please provide diagnosis and treatment advice. Her fasting blood sugar is 85. Thank you.

Recurrent vertigo with weakness may point to inner ear balance issues like BPPV, low vitamin levels, or anxiety. If blood sugar is fine and blood tests are okay, ENT evaluation and vestibular exercises may help.

Hi doctor, I have been experiencing knee joint pain for the past six months. I feel pain mainly while running and climbing stairs. Initially, the pain was more severe, but it has now reduced, although there is still some discomfort. I consulted an orthopaedic specialist earlier and had an X ray done, which came back normal. He prescribed some pain relief medication, which helped reduce the pain. The issue started after I followed a strict healthy diet for two months. My recent blood report is also normal. Please suggest what I should do next.
