Yes it is normal.
Too much food, such as a meal or snack with more carbohydrates than usual. Not being active are factors that can affect blood glucose levels.
A blood glucose level 42mg/dl or less is low and should be shown to a doctor immediately.
Over time, diabetes melitus can cause the vessels to become narrow and clogged. Without enough blood, the kidneys become damaged and albumin (a type of protein) passes through these filters and ends up in the urine leading to detection of protein and sugar in the urine sample.
