Anything above 30 IU/L could be a sign that your liver is not working the way it should. Several types of liver disease can cause a rise in GGT, including viral hepatitis, obstructive liver disease, like bile duct blockage or damage and even liver cancer
If ALT, bilirubin, and ALP are also elevated, it may indicate liver damage.
Avoid high calorie-meals, saturated fat, refined carbohydrates (such as white bread, white rice and regular pasta) and sugars.
