रक्त नमूना कैसे लिया जाता है?
रक्त नमूना लेने के लिए, ऊपरी बांह पर एक टर्निकेट (इलास्टिक) बैंड तंग से बाँध दिया जाता है। इसके बाद रोगी से कहा जाता है कि एक मुट्ठी बनाएं। इससे रक्त भरने का बाह्य नसों में बहुतायत होने में मदद मिलती है और रक्त एकत्र करना आसान हो जाता है। फिर नीडल को नसों में डालने से पहले त्वचा को साफ किया जाता है ताकि जीवाणुओं का प्रवेश न हो। नीडल को ऊपरी बांह की नस में डाला जाता है और रक्त नमूना वैक्यूटेनर में एकत्र किया जाता है।
