As a pre-diabetic, what should I eat to avoid becoming diabetic?
Sweet potatoes, nuts, seeds, whole wheat pasta etc are low carbs that people with prediabetes can eat.

Eating foods rich in lean meats such as chicken, fish and eggs. Additionally one can prepare then in butter, avacado oil or Ghee to ensure weight gain while having diabetes.
