If your blood sugar is over 400 mg/dl then call your doctor right away.
Diet control and exercise along with medicines can help lower blood sugar levels. However, exercising on an empty stomach can lead to a glucose spike, especially right after waking up. Hence, eat your breakfast and go for a walk.
