One should exercise at least 30 mins to 45mins lower blood glucose levels.
Studies found that exercising 30 minutes a day reduces your risk of diabetes by 25 percent, and walking for 10 minutes after meals lowers your blood sugar by 22 percent.
Blood sugar usually decreases after exercise it does not increase. However, if you notice it increasing then consult a diabetelogist.
Yoga and brisk walking are good morning activities/exercises to control blood sugar levels.
